- Email us at eshop@plazaindonesia.com with the subject “Delete Account”, sent from the email address registered to your account.
Once your request is verified, we will delete your account and the associated Personal Information — such as your email, phone number, full name, date of birth, and gender — from our active systems.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where it is required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
